The Bike! There are so many aspects that go into the bike portion of the triathlon. This leg can last anywhere from 10 miles to 112 miles. No matter how short or long, you want to be on the best machine possible. Here at Kona Multisport home of SwimBikeRun.com we only carry the best both in triathlon bikes and road bikes from Scott, Quintana Roo, Bianchi, Blue, Litespeed, Colnago. One of the most important aspects of the bike is the fit. You need to ensure you are on the correct size bike, and proper positioning is important. We have trained professionals using the Retül® fit system. This system is used by many professional triathletes including the likes of Craig Alexander, and Julie Dibens.
